Located in the Fangu Valley (a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve), our 150m² house is ideally situated for discovering the Falasorma micro-region, south of Balagne, and at the gateway to the Scandola Nature Reserve.

The house features four bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed, and three bathrooms, including a bathtub, a bidet, and a toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, additional freezer, ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine), a spacious living room with a TV and TNT, as well as a separate toilet. A 30m² terrace offers outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a gas barbecue for delicious grilled meals.

You can swim in the natural pools of the river or enjoy the sea with its pebble and sandy beaches.

For hiking enthusiasts, the Mare e Monti trail is just a few meters from the house.

Other activities: Visit the Scandola Nature Reserve, go scuba diving, enjoy a canoe-kayak ride through the Fangu Delta, take a boat excursion, hike, fish, or rent a boat with or without a license. You can also go horseback riding, experience adventure courses and zip-lining in the Calvi pine forest, explore the Calvi Citadel, visit local wineries, or attend traditional Corsican polyphonic singing concerts.
